    Huh, I'm don't know much, I think they're a nice collectable at least for those limited editions things. I got mine for preordering the KanColle Kai game on PS Vita (the Yuudachi valentine one).
    Though I kinda understand what you mean, I keep this one at home only.

    Pretty sure they're clear plastic file folders that have a character or something similar printed on them.
