一点突破 means "to concentrate (forces) on one point and to break through". In business lingo it means to focus on one's strengths (usually my leveraging it to provide specialty goods or services, or sometimes similar goods or services but with a unique presentation) to carve out a market share. Usually this phrase is paired with 全面展開. 一点突破、全面展開 is often falsely attributed to Sun Tzu for some strange reason.

Interesting, thanks for the info. I was wondering why did I translate it as such, then I remembered I simply copied the child post's translation.
