I was wondering that myself, she's kinda on the cusp, she bigger than him overall but not quite at the impossible size and he could be short. Sadly no details in either commentary.
Given the general proportions, I highly doubt that she's just taller than him in a natural sense. Her body's bigger in every way. I mean, just look at their heads. That seems less "Normal-sized person and Shaquille O'Neal" and more "Normal-sized person and small giantess".
