I mean, probably. The body is a human one, and humans are one of only a handful of species which have sex for pleasure. Bonobos and dolphins are the other two I can think of. While some bats are flexible + have a long enough tongue enough to give their partner a tonguejob during the act, they don't actively seek sex for pleasure IIRC. It's just something they do while mating.

Not possible I think, the genetic material that was her basis came from Mirai, who is most definitely a biological female. Though that scenario has been done to death, with generally the same conclusion: Kaval kids.
