To my untrained eye, the first two Kanji look the same, but the last is different.

It basically seems that way. I can't match the exact kanji that is being covered up, but the first kanji is "heart/bosom", and the last two are "success".

The title is even a sort of double-entendre between "I obtained" and "I slept with". (But then, there's a ludicrous number of words in the Japanese dictionary that finish with a notification that "it can also mean sex"...)
