This is bkub's avatar in Final Fantasy XIV, just called Bkub Duck. She starts in his FFXIV comics.

From what I can tell, he largely plays with Fei Fakkuma and his FC, but has also played with Gakubuchi Aiko and their avatar early on, as evident by this post which also showcases bkub's avatar with an earlier look.
