^ Let's take DBZ for example, since that's the best one I can think of right now. If we were to go by that logic, then Freeza should be stronger than Cell and Buu, since he destroyed the most planets in the series, albeit offscreen. Cell just deserted a couple of cities, and blew up Kai's little planet thing (as far as I remember), and Buu destroyed Earth. But the show made it clear that Buu > Cell > Freeza in terms of powah levels. So the logic of "she destroyed more, so she's stronger" is pretty invalid.

i disagree...If your talkin' ability wise, Noriko is HUMAN and can't do anything other pilot a Gunbuster. Consider that Nono IS a Buster machine she is already stronger.
However, if you talk kill wise, you have to take into the quality of the kill. Noriko cuts through +10,000 by half way through gun buster, while eliminating an easy 100 MILLION at the end of the series with the BM no. 3 Black Hole bomb all just fodder. on the other hand, Nono takes out two. One regular. and another one that was DRAGGING A FUKING BLACKHOLE. Blackhole bomb means nothing if the enemy can just use it...and she stopped the destruction of the universe >_>...dunno if that should be thrown in there or not...since Mr. Anno decided to copy one of his earlier works when he drew up the storyboard >_<
now all that being said...i like them both equally...love the GUTS of Noriko, and the power behind NONO. But that's just me...
