I don't know what's different about this image versus post #2253557. They look visually identical to my eyes, but this one is tagged with md5_mismatch so I'm inclined to say that this isn't a revision, just a weird fault of recompression. Sizes are also the same. I'm inclined to believe that this is an accidental dupe.
