Akashi and Teruzuki were apparently playing FGO while driving, thus getting into an accident.

Akashi is using the Noble Phantasm (basically the signature move) of Mashu, who has the same seiyuu as Akashi (or at least, used to T_T), whereas Teruzuki is using the Noble Phantasm of Sanzang, who has the same seiyuu as Teruzuki.
