I'm sure in the nasuverse Saber would be immune to Geass.

And as much as I hate Ledouche, I like seeing Saber pinned down like that..

Something that always bothered me about Lelouch's geass... why didn't he ever order someone to "Obey my every command without question"?

Rider can't turn Servants to stone. No reason asshole eyebeams should work.

It's an Astral Lifeform thing. The Servants aren't technically alive, therefore it won't work on them.

That's true, but on the other hand Saber isn't a normal servant. In a way, she hadn't really "died" yet, so who knows...

Because he has a principle against robbing someone of their free will. He said something about that when C.C. suggested he geass Suzaku. That he finally does start doing it late in R2 speaks of how far he's fallen.
