In reality, QB-san wasn't here; we were having a LINE conversation, so I expressed my helplessness!
I left a message in English straight away with Customer Service, saying, "The bicycle didn't unlock, and I couldn't ride it!" and I wasn't charged the fee. Thank goodness!
