Question. Why is Godzilla spelled according to the English pronunciation, when everything else on this site is so strict to the Japanese pronunciation/name? Shouldn't it be Gojira? Like how "Alice" is always spelled "Arisu".
In cases like this or for NGE, Spice & Wolf and similar, it'd be pedantic to try and force the japanese name when the vast majority of people refer to it with the english term. Same reason we use tokyo instead of the more correct toukyou.
