Careful there. In relative clauses, の is used as a subject marker interchangeably with が. 女子はホモが嫌い (the woman hates gays) => ホモの嫌い女子・ホモが嫌い女子 (a woman who hates gays).

BTW, I think the current phrasing doesn't convey the point very clearly, so I've taken the unusual liberty of changing it to a less literal wording.
