That bow seems rather ridiculous for company dress code.

Maybe she's such a good employee that they let her wear it.

Work fast! Be productive! Be polite!
And most of all, quick to get drunk!

It's actually holding the top of her head on, so she has a doctor's note that they have to let her wear it.

I mean, technically speaking it is just a a headband and it's not like she's violating office code since everything else is fine(she might be wearing those slut panties underneath but as long as they can't see it, it'll be fine.)

That's why I said ridiculous, instead of inappropriate.

Bunny-ears lawyer trope comes to mind.

As an aside, adult-like, office-wear, slightly-over-her-limit-but-as-long-as-she-can-outdrink-Amatsukaze-it's-fine Shimakaze is a super hot concep IMHO

... Her business card misspells her name as "ZEKASHIMA" rather than "ZEKAMASHI". In Japanese.

First name Shima, last name Kaze perhaps?

    Nah, still doesn't make sense...

Fun fact: The ZEKAMASHI spelling is just a reflection of how Japanese writing before WW2 used to done right to left rather than left to right (as is the case nowadays), so the shipgirls' namesake selves would have their names' written forms look "inverted" in the order of their kanji. This is why it's common in KanColle spin-off comics and fanart for the shipgirls' names to be written in this reversed order, as well as Inazuma's "nanodesu" catchphrase.

Shimaka + ze in Japanese order.
ze + kashima in English order perhaps?

But then, there's only a surname reading as ze would be possible (是枝, read as ze'e) and no actual given name like that....

Ah, but Kashima as surname is easy to think of, since it's a place name already (鹿嶋, 鹿島, 下島, 佳島, 加島 and several more).
