For context, typhoons in Japan are numbered yearly instead of being given names like in the west (for example, the 19th typhoon in the year is typhoon no. 19). The suffix used to number them (号) is the same that is used for the Hackadolls.

Also as a note, the 19th and 20th typhoon in West Pacific in year 2018 according to Japan Meteorological Agency are Soulik and Cimaron respectively.
