    Get the feeling this is again based off the incorrect sizing for the macrophage going around in meme's. Neutrophilsare can actually be be up to about 2/3rd their size. There are plenty of images of them to scale from research papers and such. This is a good example focusing on the second slides of single cells with the 2 micron scale bar, the macrophage is larger, but not enormously so.

    Foreign Body Giant cells derived from macrophages can be considerably larger.

    That's a completely different thing given it's actually an amorphous fusion of several of them in an unnatural state. If this image had like three macrophages stacked on each other shoulders then fine, but normal resident macrophages which is absolutely what these characters are meant to represent are nowhere near this scale.
