Ladies and gentlemen, the class honor student.
A new character in my ongoing series. This girl's name is Tsutai Hakune-chan. On the surface, she appears to be the serious, no-nonsense type, but she's actually a major masochist and way into tight clothing. So much so that she enjoys wearing her fetishistic outfits to school beneath her uniform.
Her name is an anagram of "taitsu haku ne", which means putting on tights.
