The child born from a girl who'd like to eat donuts for breakfast, lunch, and dinner 365 days a year. The boy splayed out under her butt is a boy who for some reason always buys her donuts. Though the appearance is different, she's only interested in donuts! (The boy's feelings maybe included.)
