    まだ分割のやり方に慣れてないので、腕などが変な円形状態になって細部がいまいちだったりします。
    とりあえずは一回やってみて、やり方を覚えてから凝ってみようかと!

    Hang in There, Kogasa-san 2875

I'm still not used to how to partition this stuff, so the arms and such become these weird, round shapes, and the details are off.

At any rate, I figure I'd give it a try, and I could get absorbed in it once I learn how to do it!

always a shock seeing a 3D models texture for the first time. Another shock comes when you clip into a model and see its face inverted or with all the internal stuff floating around like tongue teeth and eyeballs.

Also I see that pubic mons with a slit and clit over on the middle right. You are not fooling me, Hitoshi!

Although, this one... I think Mizuki made it without making eyes for it, so it would probably just have inverted textures.

Reader-added tags for now consist of "Unfolded view" and "Penfield homunculus (not)".

Right you are. The eyes will just be a flat texture. Never moving or blinking unless the model overlays simple eyelids that flash on and off like in early style 3D games.

What, you guys never modded games when you were kids by opening up the files and looking at what you could alter?

Messing with sprites and textures is basic stuff.

I never modded them, but I somehow already knew how it worked? I don't really remember. I learnt how to actually make a character from scratch in 3D only recently though.

Not really. I had a friend who poked around in them though, so I'm familiar with how it works. Neither of us really tried to modify them though, easier to just use pre-existing mods.

The most I ever modded was making custom units in voxel for Tiberian Sun.

Ah, how I love that game.

Lost 6 months worth of voxels and coding when my first HDD went kaput (I believe the needle broke), so that was quite a harsh wake-up call. I hadn't backed up the data often, but at least I still remember how I coded them. I just need to remake all those voxels.

That, and I at least remember what I did to make working naval units where they had it dummied out.

    Looks Like a Hollow
Wow! How did you paint that?
I drew the textures and mapped them onto the 3D model.
    The texture images.
    That's gross!!
Yeah, since it looks like the character was split open...
