iirc seeing chocolate and vanilla being used as ingredient in few cooking manga so maybe they actually could work? kinda remember in the curry theme manga someone used vanilla ice cream as spice directly to flavor up his cooking

Yogurt and ice cream work well with stronger tasted stuff like curry. They mellow down the taste. But hot pot or nabe for that matter? Really? That thing doesn't do well with that kind of sweet, as far as I know it. The thing is constantly boiled up too. Doesn't that destroy ice cream and yogurt into something else?

Well, to admit though, just a little won't hurt. Might be a discovery even. But you expect that from Hiei?
