Looks too much like Fujinami IMHO; they look more like sisters than the rest of the class (and Akigumo)...
Not even a second remodel and yet she has thighhighs instead of pantyhose; pantyhose fans are gonna be upset about that. I prefer thighhighs & zettai ryouiki though and thus I like the way how they look here... ...but one of the main appeals of the Yuugumo-class is that pantyhose is included in the uniform.
