According to 4ch, it's the name of the dude that made these.

These are from a poster called "Jap", he said he comes from a Japanese forum which is limited to Japanese IPs only. He's trying to make these screenshot comics catch on.

That is amusingly awful, but I don't really think it's danbooru material. It's got no artistic value whatsoever, and we don't deal in memes whose notability comes solely from their awfulness.

Well, in truth, you can, by mixing the infinitive and the conjulgations, messing up with the word orders, mixing katakana and hiragana... But I don't think they would actually understand what you mean, at all.
