    So, what is that rope-looking thing called in the centre-left? I assume its intended to be shoved in a orifice but can't find a tag to refer to it.

    Turns out its a Higo-Zuiki, which we didn't have a tag for yet but is apparently a traditional vegetable-based dildo.
