Sounds likely. I thought it had something to do with Yura, but then I remembered that her blushing references to how the VA (Tanibe Yumi) caught cold before recording short Valentine skit for Yura and Yuudachi and couldn't make it in time for the event, therefore delaying the plan until next year.
