No it's not called anything different. And it's not licensed anyway, so you have to get the fansubs or raws, which are of course released under "Ga-rei Zero". That's just... the name.
The game series Tekken is not called Iron Fist even in America. Not only Tekken, other things, too. So why would you need "what it is called here in America" when the tag on the right is clear?
