She's actually taller than Medusa, who is one of the tallest females in any Type Moon work (not including literal giants like Gorgon, Tiamat or Bunyan). In fact, until FGO, Medusa was the tallest female character in any Type Moon work, period.

There's even a comedy sketch about it in one of the FGO Comic anthology series. Medusa spends the entire chapter stalking Boudica, just to stand next to her fellow Rider and pretend she's short like her sisters.
