This is quite clearly referencing a recently released fangame, Touhou Luna Nights, there's the vending machine that restores your HP and MP and the phone that saves your progress, and even the outline of the trashcan where you can throw empty cans in, lol. Should a tag be added in these cases? I'm not sure how it works with fangames

There's a dynamarisa tag for another fangame, so it's not unheard of. But it might be a good idea to wait for a few more images to show up before actually making a tag.
