Turn Undead

according to D&D rules and overlord character design:
albedo is succubus/imp, turn undead should have absolute no effect on her, however consider the fact that aqua is a goddess which has the basic ability of slay all creatures who are not god or semi-god the turn undead may be able to deal damage to albedo

im just surprised that aniz is only taking damage, in his case to be both undead/undead archmage/elder lich, this spell should kill him instantly, which can only prove that aniz is semi god level creature

It's not that the Turn Undead would affect Albedo, it's the fact that Aqua DARED to use it on Ainz that makes her so hateful. The mere act of doing anything that could in theory do anything negative to Ainz or show defiance at all would make Albedo murderous.

As for Ainz, he has his gear specced to nullify the typical undead weakness to turning and probably has to convert it to damage as a trade-off to avoid obliteration if it's at a certain level.
