Kizuna Ai has 3 types for construct: Heavy cruiser, Type air strike and light cruiser, the skin for Saratoga probably has from "10 days of missions"
After checking the Azur Lane Wiki's Discord it seems that Saratoga's cosplay skin is sale only. I guess that if they were to give us a free skin it would be a skin for Ai's standard version.

Didn't they give a free skin for Saratoga to literally anyone but JP version players just a few days ago? Didn't they give us a free skin for Yamashiro for the one year anniversary? Or a free skin for Le Mars during the split France event? Or a free skin during every Christmas? (To name a few examples).
I don't see that far-fetched of them to give us a free skin during this event (and more considering it will be a lengthy one), and if that one happens to be one for Ai...Well, even better ^^

All collab ships getting a skin are all paid-coins.
Duly noted. But that doesn't mean that they can't throw us something nice for free during this event (and considering that they'll be tossing us two limited gacha pools at the same time...AGAIN, third time they've done it in this year, it would be a nice detail of them to have).
