Erotofu - she's just lewd, not yandere. Also, Fukae and Matsuwa aren't ero or yandere. Further, Akatsuki only wants headpats and money.

Besides that, Johnston, Gambi, Nagato, and some of the other girls that aren't interested in the Admiral at all.

The fault lies with the Admiral. He has been neglecting his unwritten duties to give out daily headpats.
