I think you've got some numbers wrong there, chum. That much fluid emission would leave a woman horribly dehydrated. Unless you mean over the course of a day or something, in which case, maybe. But I doubt it.

The Kegel exercise has benefits for both men and women. Clenching the pubococcygeal muscles has the effect of heightening sexual pleasure, and for men it can delay ejaculatory release as well. It is possible to exercise them so well that a man can orgasm without ejaculating by clenching the PCG muscles hard at the right time, thus allowing him to achieve multiple orgasms (not to mention greatly increasing the quantity of ejaculate when ejaculation does occur).
