Despite the tags, this game is quite wholesome. TL;DR Delthea is being mind-controlled and you have to save her. Or at least it's what i think it's happening. I'm gonna write a walkthrough since i spent around 30 minutes figuring out the first part, and i didn't even realize the second part existed without a friend who told me.
also remember that on the top left there's a pretty hidden box, that you can use to change the camera angle and position.
You have to click the symbols on the man's arms on the order they are on Delthea's armour (from left to right, japanese reading) IN THAT EXACT ORDER. If you click something else/you're out of order, click on the man's restraints to reset.
After you're done, click on the guy's restraints, they should disappear along with the marks. Then click on her head. 5 options will appear. Select the top-left one. If you select the wrong one three times, you automatically lose.
After that, while the text is going on click on her hands.
Do this BEFORE READING ALL THE TEXT. If you read all the text, the game will end.
After that... Enjoy the scene, i guess. If you already have the HUD open, close and open it again for the various H options to show up (Bottom left: A = Auto, M = Change position (standard she drops on you, alt you rise to her, Top left: "Expression Lock", essentially you can set an expression and make her not change it).
The "pleasure" bar is on the left. Left-click on the man (and keep pressed) to move her down. Release to move her up. It won't increase unless she reaches the base, which also means with good enough timing you can spam it.
To undress her click on her clothes. You'll have to either left or right-click. It's arbitrary.
To remove her shirt, left-click multiple times on the bottom part until it's completely lifted. After that, right-click.
You can change the position of her arms by left-clicking on her shoulders. However you can only do so after you removed her bracelets (right-click).
After you cum inside her once, you can click her eyes to make her possessed again. She will have different expressions from her normal self.
After you do so again, you can click on her eyes, she will get heart-shaped pupils and a womb tattoo.

Thanks for the guide. As for the face button during H, it is an expression lock, so if like a certain face you just click it to lock.
