I think it is mostly due to the whiplash remembered from the Komashu series (We Got Married), which ended up getting a bit risque to the point that they had to stop posting it to the reddit. The FGO community is probably jittery as a result.

They changed the rules to ban people posting anything that's even vaguely loli (in the lewd sense, not cute pics of young ladies.). The rules also state that the actual age of the character may be ignored depending on the circumstances (so no using the 'She's really a 1000-year old vampire' defence.). And by 'loli', they mean 'anyone younger than 18', so a semi-lewd picture of a high schooler can be skirting it. They were super strict when it came in, but I think it's eased off a bit since then.

I see, I'm not saying I like it (even if I barely use Reddit) but I can understand if they want to be on the safe side when it comes to loli lewds. Thanks for the information.
