CAD programs are 3-dimensional design tools meant originally for architectural or engineering work, but because they can create detailed backgrounds, some manga artists or cheap visual novel game programmers use them to design whole backgrounds for them. Some take an effort to make it blend in a bit, but a lot of the time, it sticks out like a sore thumb just how angular and regular all the details become, especially with an artist like this who otherwise draws generally little detail. Just look at Mahiro and then the temple, and you can never unsee how much the art styles clash. (This one isn't even anti-aliased so you can clearly see jaggy pixels on the outlines of the temple railing!) Sort of like how in Kantai Collection's anime, where they had the rigging be CG, but the characters were drawn with more traditional techniques (albeit computer-assisted all the same), wheras Kemono Friends may have had art quality that took a bit of a hit due to the full reliance upon CG, but at least its art style was always consistently CG, so it never looked out of place next to anything else in the show.
