This year, the 77th since Iowa was launched, is also the 30th from the Turret Two disaster, and though we'd already done something separately for that occasion, I thought it'd be appropriate in this year of double Lucky Sevens anniversary to reflect on that particular Lie in April. After all, as I once read somewhere, Iowa's career was the most troubled of the four sisters and couldn't be called one of a Happy Ship FDR said she was.
