Isn't there supposed to be a rule against wannabe translators trying to make themselves look good by posting a perceived translation instead of the real one?

I don't think so...but I do believe that there is a rule against posting deliberatly incorrect traslations as comments.

With my lack of knowledge I did a few google searches of the phrase, and fixed up the translation a bit, correct me if I'm wrong.

Based on what I found, It's supposed be low-class contry-hick way of saying 'that's the way it is' used mostly by little children.

It probably doesn't mean anything at all, based on even his japanese voice actress don't know what the hell she says most of the time...
