Bullets can't touch most characters in Touhou anyway.
So it doesn't really matter what gun she uses.

You should rather ask.

that's perspective for you. the pistol is closer to the point of view than Kaguya. It might have been overdone a bit, though.
And rate of fire doesn't beat enchantments on the gun.

That thing Mokou's packing is more of a sawed-off shotgun than a flintlock pistol, to be honest with you. Check out the size of the barrel and the double triggers on that baby.

That said, Touhou + Heroic Bloodshed = SO MUCH AWESOME.
