Fairly certain the appeal is meant to be gap moe of some sort. Personally, I just find it amusing that a character typically portrayed as a massive extrovert is being portrayed as, at her core, a introvert.
It's gap moe, plus for me I find the idea that her hyper extrovert image is partly a mask she dons in order interact with others to be appealing. Knowing she has a few hobbies in common, plus the idea she is also an introvert as well....
