they only are only appear little bit to serve the plot so not much showing. BUt be the head of 2, who likely biggest Shenshadou familys, so the rival ideal was there but i don't recall they being in bad term with each other. At the end of Der film they give a very good friend vibe like wish to have rematch, with no stake invole. I mean the whole thing is lowkey they helping Oorai have a deal with MEXT dude, they just don't say it outloud
