doesn't seem so. At this distance/resolution its incredibly difficult to discriminate exactly, but while the forward half would match closely enough, the rear half has several discrepancies. Firstly, while there is a mast between the main funnel and rear superstructure, on the Deutschlands it should be flush up against the funnel, not half way between them. Secondly, the rear tower itself is too tall and skinny—I think it's actually another funnel given the angle which doesnt match the Deutschland class, having only one funnel. The aft superstructure should be a bit longer than the turret itself, and the rear turret should actually be just forward of the quarterdeck (the lowest exposed deck of the Deutschlands, where their torpedo tubes were installed) instead of having a turret-width of gap.
To reiterate my conclusion: It appears not to be Deutschland-class, but I dont know what class it is supposed to be either, since its so small and blurry.
