I've never seen the Rugal connection. If Mokou were to use an existing fighting-game character's moveset, it'd definitly be 'K.

She could pass for Kyo too. Especially if Kaguya got Iori's moveset.

It's her normal outfit, red pants, white shirt with suspenders.

From afar, and perhaps even close up, it looks like she's sporting a pretty nice bulge. >>;
