    Fubuki has skipped classes and is flirting with the Commander. While doing that, she forgot to cut off the transmission, making her sister ships receiving direct emotional attacks from the whole thing up to Fubuki's uncontained leak.

    I thought this was the admiral making the Buki-class watching the main sister being silly fricked, but if this was a 'mental transmission', then Hatsuyuki's reaction is more like utter pleasure and Shirayuki might be pure stress because the feeling is messing with her studies.
