Her name is 黒子, which can be pronounced "Kuroko" or "Hokuro".

... Is there really any need to include that second tweet in the commentary? It's just Himura saying that he had to work his ass off on this one so hard that his right hand hurts.

He says his right hand hurts TOO, implying a bit of shared pain with Kuroko's victim classmate, though for different reasons. Whether that makes the tweet necessary or not is up for debate.
