That is a really douchey cat to leave her worried sick like this. To the point she either had to buy a dog and a mouse to replace it, or leaned on them even more when it vanished. But at least he's alive.

I believe she already had the dog and the “mouse”. The dog used the smell from the cat toy to track down the cat.

Eeehhh, ending it like this doesn't really show whether she's angry angry or sad angry, and I was kinda hoping for the latter.

Almost getting hit by nitwit who doesn't deserve a license luckily divine intervention prevailed and screwed the nitwit over instead.

Turns out the cat was living a good life while their owner was worried sick and falling into all sorts of depressing pits.
