Well, I've seen pretty much every persona in 3 and 4 and I've never seen ANY erect nipples. Or, well, plain nipples. In most cases, I'd say it's not even about "teenage boys" as it is that we're dealing with mythological creatures and, as anyone who's well-versed in mythology can tell you, myths are full of sex, voluptuous ladies, and monsters in the guise of sexy women trying to seduce and/or kill men.
Really. you didn't see any? Lamia, Gorgon, High Pixie, Alraune. Undine had censorship; Granted, so did High Pixie, but they were at least obvious under the shirt Off the top of my head. Titania too, so her and Leanan Sidhe didn't.

Well, I just took a look at a photobucket page that has pretty much all of the ones you listed and none of them have erect nipples. In fact, in most of them, the breasts are entirely obscured, not just by clothes, but by hair, arms, etc. Unless you only meant the in-game models, in which case... how can you tell when they come and go that damn fast? And why are you paying such close attention?
