Shimura Ken Rest in Peace
Shimura Ken-san has passed away
When I was very young I watched "It's 8AM! Everyone gather!", "Drifters Big Laugh" and such
For quite a while I was raised watching The Drifters and Shimura Ken-san
What I especially liked was "Angry Baka-tono"
Watching even now, the way he dropped his folding fan was the greatest! But watching back I laughed while I cried,
that this truly interesting, wonderful person is gone, I couldn't help but cry
Once again, we have lost a giant, and I don't know how to express this sadness
He has even influenced my manga to some extent
Shimura Ken-san, really thank you, thank you for the fun times
From my heart, rest in peace
The tough times of coronavirus will still continue, so everyone hang in there!
