Eh. As long as they have bird feet and wings somewhere, they're a harpy to me.

Not a harpy in my taste, but I'm not gonna debate the site's tag. It's a pure preference on my part.

...though I say the Puyopuyo harpy is only tagged harpy on here because she's named Harpy. She has no bird features.
