While she's by no means as tall as they are, she's quite taller than normal. If she stood up next to them as the artist depicted them, there wouldn't be too drastic of a height difference.

There are some strange things happening on this picture: first off all, ok, Nagato appairs to be smaller than the other girl ( if you look her feets, she can’t touch the floor, and the other girl have crossed legs and touching the flor ) The second problem are proportions… look bismark head and vittorios…or nagatos. Soo… yes… bad proportions… but the picture quality is good somehow

If you look closely you can see that each character was drawn separately then placed into the background. So I assume he drew Bismarck’s face with no reference to the other characters.

They are also, at least for the most part, drawn to match their official proportions. The size of their heads here are exactly how they're sized in their official art, Nagato is a melon head in her art just like she is here.
She also doesn't look to be wearing underwear here, as an aside.

I don't know folks, I'd say they all have melon heads. If you compare head size to arm width and not boobs (which are always inflated for drawn characters, if compared to rl), you should see it. So nothing out of the ordinary here.
Also, Nagato is obviously too high, even if you count her feet being a bit higher than Bismarck's, there should be 1-2ft difference between them at least. I think author drew them using the same sketch/reference pose, since they all sit in the same fashion (Vittorio's is mirrored). Which is fine, they drew three characters for one picture, that'd be three times the effort if each one was made from scratch. And they look good in the end.
Artstyle for each character is similar to their in-game look, so pointing out other differences would be nitpicking.
