It should be almost impossible (in game).
Even if the Italians have no equipment, the 2 Battleships have 4 shots that can seriously damage Atlanta while she has only 2 shots that can seriously damage only the Carrier and the Destroyer (that, if not disabled, will torpedo her).

I am sure you can win to someone already unwilling to fight it anymore (surrendering) and panicking in fear even if they are four anyway. Many slashers and American shootings (if you want to take the real life route) prove that.

sometimes i sent out shipgirls w/o eqipment lmao because they were on a farm team. was wondering why auto taking longer than it should
