And you can't actually chainsaw those assholes in-game, as regretful as it is.

I think this is based off korone's doom 64 stream, so a cyberdemon from the original doom is more accurate

I did check the link in commentary and a quick google-fu, the head in the image and the actual design of Doom 64's Cyberdemon is still too largely different. In fact, the only thing that is Doom 64 is the Baron of Hell, both chainsaw and helmet design are Doom 2016/Eternal, so guess the artist must have gotten them mixed up then.
